Meditation: The Power House Of Our Healthy Life Style
As everyone knows in the chaos of our day-to-day life we are indirectly pushing our body and mind in depression, stress, fear, etc and there is only one thing that can swipe up all these unwanted thing in our life and that is " Meditation," and bring inner peace that no other thing can bring.
What is Meditation?
Before reading this article, Sit upright, take a deep breathe and exhale, with the exhalation breathe out all restless thoughts from your mind. In simple word " Meditation is a process in which you can control your mind or body to focus solely on their surroundings. Mediation is a technique in which you can achieve a state of relaxation, self awareness and self realization.
Understanding Meditation:
We can charge all our Senses and Chakras with Meditation, so that stress will remain far away from this hectic day-to-day life schedule and can live a healthy stressless life style.
Meditation has been practiced from the ancient time all around the world. Earlier Meditation was meant to understand the mystic forces of life. But nowadays it has become the integral part of our healthier life style to reduce the stress and to feel energetic.
During meditation, focus on your consciouness and eliminate all the negative thoughts that are overcoming your mind and feel you stressed and depressed.
The Art of Meditation:
Meditation is more than just sitting silent and chant a "Mantra". But Meditation is a state of foccused mind and awareness. By training our mind we can unlock a wealth of physical, mental and emotional benefits. From reducing stress and anxiety to improving concentration and self- awareness, meditation is a powerful tool for enhancing overall well-being of a person.
Scientific reason behind Meditation:
Meditation is not just a spiritual practice. But it has been extensively studied by many scientists and reserchers. Study have shown that regular meditation can lead to changes in mind structure, responsible for emotional regulation and memory. It has been linked to a decrease in stress hormones and an increase in the body's natural relaxation response.
Benefits of Meditation :
Meditation can bring you in that state of mind that no other thing like movie, hanging out or shopping whatever you do in your life to get the peace. Meditation not only help you in getting you free from stress and depression but it can also help you in illness. There are so many disease in which along with medicine we can meditate to cure from them.
Building your Meditation Skill :
Starting a meditation practice can be intimidating, but it need not be. The key is practice, consistency and patience. Begin with just a few minutes a day and gradually increase the duration.
As the living room produces conversation consciousness; the bathroom, cleaning consciousness; the bedroom, sleeping consciouness; the kitchen, food consciouness, so also a little place used only for meditation produces silence or peace consciousness. A quiet, evenly heated room, neither too warm nor cold; a corner screened off; a well-ventillated closet; or a secluded place outdoors in nature: any of these is suitable for meditation.

Meditation is an invitation to journey within ourshelves, unlocking the potential for self-consciouness and self growth. In our fast paced world, it is a precious tool for finding solace and inner peace. Embrace the journey with an open heart, and you'll find that the benefits of meditaion extend far beyond the time you spend on the other useless things. So take a deep breath, close your eyes, and step into the world of meditation- the path to a more grounded, peaceful, and joyful life.
